These terms govern your use of Rent-Ready, operated by JellyRae Capital LLC.

ACCEPTANCE
By using Rent-Ready, you agree to these terms.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Rent-Ready is a property turnover management application for residential 
landlords. It allows you to track tasks, vendors, and expenses during 
property turnovers.

SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
- Free plan: 1 property, unlimited turnovers
- Pro plan: unlimited properties at $19.99/month
- Billing is handled through Apple App Store or Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for the accuracy of property and vendor information
- You must obtain vendor consent before adding their phone numbers
- You are responsible for all activity under your account

VENDOR SMS NOTIFICATIONS
By adding a vendor's phone number, you confirm they have consented to 
receive task notifications via SMS from Rent-Ready. Message and data rates 
may apply.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
JellyRae Capital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or 
consequential damages arising from your use of Rent-Ready.

TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
