Rent-Ready is operated by JellyRae Capital LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

- Account information: email address and password when you create an account
- Property data: addresses, unit information, and turnover details you enter
- Vendor information: names and phone numbers of contractors you add
- Usage data: how you interact with the app
- Photos: images you upload to document property tasks

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To provide and operate the Rent-Ready service
- To send SMS task notifications to vendors you assign
- To generate reports and analytics about your properties
- To improve the app and user experience

SMS MESSAGING
Rent-Ready sends SMS notifications to vendors when landlords assign tasks.
Message frequency varies based on task assignments. Message and data rates
may apply. Vendors may opt out by replying STOP to any message.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

DATA STORAGE
Your data is stored securely using Supabase. Property photos are stored
using Supabase Storage. We retain your data as long as your account is active.

- Railway (hosting)
- Stripe (payment processing)

YOUR RIGHTS
You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at
